HOW IT WORKS
The process is simple. Tell us your laundry preferences and once you’ve scheduled your service, we’ll remind you the day before to have your laundry ready for pickup on your front doorstep. We’ll do what we do best, then we’ll deliver your perfectly washed, fluffed, and folded clothes back to your doorstep 24 hours later, exactly as requested. Pick-up and delivery is always free! We'll get all your laundry off your to-do list...so you can have more time to do the things you enjoy.

Pricing is $1.59/lb. The minimum order is $30. You may provide as much or as little laundry as you want, but you will be charged $30 minimum.

Orders placed before 8pm will be picked up the next day (unless specified otherwise) between 7am - 10am.

Clothes are washed in cold water only, unless specified by you in “special instructions.”

We do not use fabric softener as it is not recommended because it damages fabrics and shortens the life of clothes.

Most people use disposable bags, but you can put your clothes out for pickup in any bag you want, as long as it’s closed at the top.

Pickup is any day of the week between 7am - 10am.
Delivery will be the following day between 7am - 10am.

Not at all! As long as your laundry is on your doorstep for pickup, we will let you know when we’ve made pickup and delivery.

It’s extremely rare that items are lost or damaged . Your laundry is kept separate from other orders at all times. Laundry is washed in cold water (unless you request otherwise). Whites and colors are separated and clothes are dried in normal heat or hang-dry, based on your request.
No part of the laundering process is unique to what you would do at home. However, in the rare event items are lost or damaged you’re protected under our garment protection plan. See Terms and Conditions

Regarding shrinkage, there are many types of clothes that shrink when laundered. This is normal and to be expected. As advertised, we only wash laundry in cold water and dry in normal heat. There is no part of our laundering process that is unique to what you would do at home and that would cause shrinkage. That’s not to say that your clothes didn’t shrink, but it’s due to the construction of the clothes, the type of fabric, and the age of the garment, and other factors combined with a standard laundering process. We do not take responsibility for items that shrink and they are not covered under our Garment Protection Plan.
Regarding holes and tears: some garments will over time incur damage as a result of the normal laundering process and regular wear and tear. This would occur regardless of where the garment was laundered and is not Laundry Bubbles’ responsibility. We are not responsible for holes or tears that occur as a result of the normal laundering process.
Regarding color bleeds: we always separate whites and colors. Colors may bleed and affect the color of other garments. This would occur in any laundering process and is not Laundry Bubbles’ responsibility.
Credit given to the customer under the Garment Protection is not guaranteed and under the sole discretion of Laundry Bubbles.
